Moving insurance is not always a cost most want to include however it is a great way to reduce stress and to protect your assets. A lot of rental truck companies offer insurance but we advise that you look through each option carefully to ensure you pick the right plan for your situation. The first step in this process is to take complete inventory of all the items you will be moving. It is a good idea to do this regardless however, plan ahead so that you’re not left counting you items twice. Develop a system of inventorying your items from the start and you will save yourself a lot of valuable time.

On the date of your move we will supply you with the trailer of your choice from 18 ft-48ft and between 1-4 trained professionals movers will arrive to your location.
If you require packing, a team of trained packers will arrive at your place on the day of the move or the day before – depending on the amount of packing required.
If you choose to pack the stuff yourself,we have a source of packing,tips to help you do the best job.
Before loading begins, we will take care to protect your floors, walls and doorways with runners.
A detailed list of inventory will be prepared, including tagging or each item. We will ask you about the items of special concern and will treat them accordingly.
When your items arrive at the new location, we will unload them. We will follow your floor plan outlining where things should go. Our team will reassemble the furniture that was disassembled.
You will check the items against the inventory. If anything appears to be damaged – make a note on the inventory list and notify us right away.
If you request unpacking, we will unpack and place the items in the areas where they are supposed to go. This is done on the day of delivery or the day after.
Delivery of trailers
The trailer(s) are delivered to your residence and remain on the site for loading or unloading. As the trailers range in size from 20 to 38 feet in length, you must ensure there is adequate space at both origin and destination for the trailer. In most cases, this will be on the street in front of your house or on the drive way.
Once arriving at your residence, the driver will unhook the truck and will leave the trailer in the designated spot. The driver will return to pick up the trailer in 30 minute.(Once the office will be notified ). Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain a parking permit at origin or destination for the trailer (if required) in order to leave the trailer on the street.
